JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Supervisor of Financial Analysis, will work collaboratively to help achieve established financial organizational goals. Analyzes operational performance and financial performance at the macro and micro levels for the Enterprise, ANA, ANCC, ANF, PAC, MSD’s and SA’s.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs regular financial analysis duties for the SFA and assists the SFM as directed.
• Creates and updates spreadsheets supporting monthly budgets, fixed asset schedules and cash flow for the Enterprise, ANA, ANCC, ANF, PAC, MSD’s and SA’s.
• Assist with the financial notes, charts and power point presentations for month end close.
• Assists the Senior Financial Analyst with the annual budget process.
• Is back up for the SFA for user security, account hierarchies, project codes and cost centers in accordance with association policy.
• Track key performance indicators developed by Finance Department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education
• BS in Finance, Accounting or Economics required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Relevant Work Experience
• Three to Five years of previous financial analysis experience demonstrating required skills; accounting knowledge and solid basic math skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and deliver work on schedule with minimal supervision.
• MS Excel Super-User required and demonstrated experience using Adaptive Insights or similar budgeting software required.

Skills
• Understanding of financial management systems (including Microsoft Dynamics GP / Great Plains and Adaptive Insights) in a multi-entity environment and strong expertise in the Microsoft suite of software.
• High level of detail and organization, ability to coordinate many projects and work on multiple tasks simultaneously; ability to meet regular deadlines and reprioritize quickly.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including focused listening skills. Ability to relate to and work cooperatively with staff, external stakeholders, and auditors while exhibiting a high-level of customer service. Ability to handle highly sensitive information diplomatically and maintain confidentiality. Excellent oral and written communication skills including correct use of grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
