JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the development of marketing efforts to increase the value and performance ANA Enterprise brand, products and services to meet the goals of the assigned program areas and to maximize revenue opportunities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Develops marketing strategies, plans, and tactics for assigned programs and products. Translates brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies. Assists with creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”. Establishes performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates. Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Enhances the branding of a product or service, as well as develop marketing plans through analysis of current market data and trends.

Develops, maintains, and tracks budgets and schedules for program and product marketing campaigns. Prepares departmental budgets (correlating response rates and revenue projections). Controls expenditure in assigned budget areas.

Identifies, establishes and maintains contacts and effective relationships with staff and management, as well as external individuals and agencies. Collaborates with appropriate program staff to develop and execute marketing campaigns consistent with goals and resources. Supervises and evaluates quality of work by external vendors.

Develops and maintains expert knowledge of programs, products, and services across the ANA Enterprise. Keeps informed of activities of assigned organizational units. Identifies emerging marketing and revenue enhancement opportunities. Identifies synergies to promote better integration of marketing activities across all program areas.

Evaluates the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Monitors internal and external activities to achieve maximum impact from campaigns. Utilizes current market intelligence, new methodologies, best practices, and industry research to maximize campaign effectiveness. Implements changes in marketing strategies based upon results of analysis, strategic objectives, ISO or other feedback.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education:
Baccalaureate required, preferably in advertising, marketing, English, or communications.

Related Work Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience. Most recent work experience in product or service marketing with a pattern of increasing responsibility. Advertising or Marketing agency experience preferred. Healthcare or nursing professional knowledge a plus.

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of marketing, specifically digital marketing as well as advertising, branding, product and services marketing, and tradeshows and exhibits.

• Specialized knowledge of marketing materials production and promotion
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing successful marketing campaign plans and tactics; building and managing brands.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Exceptional project management skills and organization
• Strong writing ability
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and administrative support
