JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager of Finance Systems, reporting directly to the Vice President, Finance, applies their knowledge of finance and accounting best practices to improve and automate existing processes using a variety of data-driven tools. This individual will serve as the finance administrator of key point solutions, including Great Plains, Adaptive Insights, Personify (AMS), Concur, and will serve as the Finance liaison for company-wide project initiatives and work within the Finance Department to identify enhancement and automation opportunities, process improvements, controls, and reporting needs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Primary contact for internal finance staff to resolve technical issues with Personify related to the contact for staff of key stakeholder, the C/SNAs, regarding system and reporting issues relating to the central billing service performed through Personify. Manages the system issues, generates reports based on findings, and collaborates closely with IT to develop probable causes and solutions to resolve the system/reporting issues. Assures execution of month-end billing process and the delivery of reports and payments to the C/SNAs.

The Manager, Finance systems role building and maintaining a high performing Finance Department:
• Understands financial, accounting, planning and treasury concepts and applies them to financial systems
• Administers Finance & Accounting major systems, including Great Plains, Adaptive Insights, Personify, Concur, payroll, and other tools as identified and implemented.
• Develops and maintains product set-up rule sets and process flows that thoroughly vet the organizational impact to discounts, bundling and business rules (i.e. refunds, etc.).
• Ensuring that consistent practices are used throughout the Enterprise to maintain the integrity of the system including executing necessary training of employees
• Supporting financial systems upgrades and interfaces with other interfacing systems and other systems related projects
• Developing and performing exception reporting for data entry, processing and system integration
• Performing continuous analysis to identify and prioritize high-impact process improvements, efficiency opportunities, and cost saving initiatives
• Stay current with technology solutions and tools to generate operational efficiencies and sound internal controls
• Evaluate business risks associated with process breakdowns and system deficiencies
Collaborates with finance leadership and subject matter experts to support the Company’s data and information requirements. Evaluates Finance processes for streamlining, automation, and scalability enhancements. Identify tools

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education: Example:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or closely related field

Experience:
• 5-10 plus years of progressive experience with financial systems
• Experienced working knowledge of finance processes, controls, accounting principles
• Understands the flow of financial statements and has a sound understanding of internal controls and US GAAP
• Must be collaborative and exhibit strong problem solving/analytical skills
• 3-5 years supervisory experience

Skills:
• Ability and desire to lead; previous team management experience strongly preferred
• Requires strong interpersonal/customer service and professional skills to represent ANA through interactions with a variety of individuals and organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills with ability to complete multiple tasks within defined time frames
• Supreme attention to detail
