This person will have primary responsibility for understanding all the data that resides in the organization, ensuring data quality and accuracy, developing processes to ensure data quality and accuracy and enforcing the processes that deal with data. This person also will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders to establish KPIs, Dashboards for enhancements to the new website and proactively analyze the website for areas of opportunity to improve the website and increase revenues using data and analytics. The position is expected to have analysts reporting to this manager in the near future.

• Develop data quality and accuracy goals and processes to ensure the same
• Responsible for the Review and Optimization of website as a member of the Web Governance Team (WGT)
• Establish KPIs and related metrics, Dashboards for all stakeholders for the website
• Prepare and produce analytics reports and presentations with recommendations on weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
• Develop an understanding and produce documentation of ANA's data environment – data collection, storage, accessibility, accuracy ...etc.
• Develop and deliver training on systems, processes and services to improve data quality

Reports to the CIO. Over time, this role is expected to have analysts reporting to him/her depending on the success of the optimization of the ANA website.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mathematics or engineering or computer science or statistics or actuarial sciences or physics
• Programming courses in SQL, R, Java, Python, C/C++ a strong preference

Related Work Experience
• 7+ years related work experience

• Ability to lead as the Data Governance manager and collaborate as part of the WGT
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with SQL / Relational Databases
• Excellent communications skills
• Aptitude in web analytics
• Strong aptitude in math
• Exposure to CRM applications

Preferred Skills & Experience
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, C, C++
• Experience with CRM applications
