JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for planning and communications in managing the Association’s website content. Responsible for compiling the content requirements for the following 3 - 12 months and communicating the plan to stakeholders. Responsible for owning the planning, production and publishing processes and managing the meetings to develop and implement the plan. Manage a team of internal professionals to publish the content as necessary and consistent with the plan. Work with internal customers to develop, implement and support new and improved capabilities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Manage operations of the Association’s new website including support, enhancement and creation of Content on our new Content Management System (CMS)
• Define and implement processes to plan strategically and tactically for website content maintenance. Work closely with Program and Product SMEs, Web Editor and Manager of Data Governance to keep website updated and to maximize value of the content.
• Maximize productivity of team and ensure team delivers on commitments (SLAs) while maintaining team cohesiveness within IT
• Collaborate with stakeholders to look for opportunities for the Association to better utilize Episerver and other web applications to improve ANA objectives
• Ensure Content published is relevant and consistent across the website. Ensure Content is tagged consistent with Enterprise Taxonomy

• Reports to the CIO

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, Business, Sciences, or computer science.
• 7+ years’ experience in planning, coordination or project management
• Knowledge and skills in Content including web content
• Knowledge and skills in process management and governance
• Experience in developing or leading development of content to provide a superior user experience

Preferred Skills & Experience
• Knowledge and skills in editorial copywriting and content creation
• Experience in using commercial CMS tools
• Experience with content taxonomy
• Familiarity with SEO practices
• Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
• Experience using Photoshop
• Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills
• Good conflict resolution skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
