Be a Part of Our Mission

As the Assistant Director of Facilities, you will proivde day to day oversight to the facilities and maintenance team.  The position is repsonible for organizing and coordinating activities for facilities, builiding and grounds and purchasing.  The Assistant Director is responsible for ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.


How Can You Help

  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of water and waste treatment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of plumbing, electrical code regulations, fire and safety codes, and OSHA requlations
  • Ability to operate different types of machinery, tools, and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, technical manuals, diagrams and blueprints

Essential Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Five to seven years of experience in building and facilities maintenance
  • Three years of supervisory
  • Water and waste treatment certifications preferred
