Candidates in this position will perform professional Employee Relations activities with a proactive approach to managing the overall labor relations for LoanMe, Inc.
EXAMPLES OF TASKS
· Deliver professional services and support to LoanMe’s workforce in areas relating to employee/labor relations
· Coordinate all Employee Relations activities to include administering HR policies and company sponsored employee programs
· Coordinating, planning, and implementing various protocols that relates to identifying positive outcomes and resolutions to employee issues while leveraging goodwill strategies for the Company
· Provides sound coaching and recommendations to issues that affect employment status, affirmative action, diversity, and labor management
· Investigate and resolve internal employee relations issues promptly while adhering to confidentiality importance
· Provides balanced insights and recommendations in work-related employee conflicts
· Maintaining professionalism in all group and individual meetings with employees and Team Managers
· Serves as the HR Business Partner and acts as a partnered liaison between departmental team managers regarding various personnel matters
· Develop, coordinate and implement effective programs and campaigns that promote a positive and enriching working experience, such as administering and presenting the annual Sexual Harassment Training for Team Managers, and New Manager Training
· Provide ongoing training strategies to Team Managers in various employee topics

· Ability to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
· Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
· Accurately document all information pertaining to employee inquiries
· Ability to speak and present information clearly, concisely and effectively to large and small groups
· Adaptability to a fast paced changing environment
· 2 - 3 years of HR Generalist and Employee Relations experience required
· Must have excellent customer service skills and proven success in adding value and creating solutions to time sensitive issues
· Must be a team player and work effectively with all levels of the organization
· Ability to draw sound conclusions and making responsible recommendations
· Knowledge and experience in understanding current federal and state laws pertaining to employment and harassment prevention programs
· Knowledge of current Labor Relations practices
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
· Prior Employee Relations experience in the banking and financial sector is preferred
