Description

The position will require someone who is able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 

The Business Analyst, Internet/CMS Content Management will be able to work on a variety of projects, and provide solutions-oriented recommendations on current systems/operations practices in addition to working in a cross-functional team supporting information systems development through design, analysis, and testing of new and existing systems. 

 

Additional support efforts are for the Applications Development Support Team by documenting requirements and systems enhancement specifications.   

 

 

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Create documentation, training plans, and ultimately conduct user training

·         Identify customer requirements, develop test schedules, review testing plans, and track and document the development and results of these plans

·         Alert project managers to potential risks and issues of importance

·         Ensure that Analysts are documenting client requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, case analysis, workflow analysis, functional decomposition analysis, data modeling, and object modeling

·         Manage the documentation of client requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing systems documentation or procedures

·         Coordinate and manage resources, schedules and tasks for department

·         Conduct and analyze preliminary business and information technology processes and prepare groundwork

·         Make recommendations for necessary changes on projects that come in from other departments

·         Manage test schedules, review testing plans, and track and document development/results

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

·         Experience with the implementation of Content Management Systems (Teamsite, Sitecore, Kentico is a big plus

·         Knowledge of page layouts and tagging required for CMS elements

  • Have knowledge and experience with usability and wireframes
  • Knowledge of CMS Systems and methods of implementation
  • Knowledge in gathering requirements, functional design, and working with business processes
  • In depth knowledge of Information Services project management methodologies
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Exhibits creativity and is solutions oriented
  • Ability to develop and present group presentations, good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong consulting skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with orientation to business criticality
  • Knowledge of financial systems, preferably mortgage lending, investor reporting and secondary marketing/treasury systems
  • Must be systems-oriented, enjoy work with new tools, and be a self-motivated learner
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience serving as a Business Analyst, Internet-CMS; preferably from financial industry with CMS knowledge
  • Minimum 1 year Project Management experience
  • Pro-active to identify in-efficiencies and work with different departments to automate and simplify specific processes
  • Manage and follow-up on all related tasks and provide feedbacks to participating parties/vendors
  • Ability to learn existing systems and have the ability to recommend change
  • Clearly translate business requirements into systematic procedures

·         Must have great people skills to work with different departments to identify any changes that needed to be made in the system

·         Ability to create and articulate the business requirements and work with the business department(s) to verify business requirements and work with IT to create the technical scope documenting implementation metrics
