PURPOSE AND DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS

The position of Loan Agent is responsible for the processing of a consumer loan from beginning to funding.

EXAMPLES OF TASKS

• Taking large volume of inbound and/or outbound calls
• Assisting clients over the phone
• Outbound phone calls to clients
• Selling and producing loans
• Entering accurate information into our web-based application and verifying the information to be correct
• Meeting production numbers and goals that change on a monthly basis
• Maintain a pipeline of clients
• Update all clients files daily
• Signing borrowers for both mortgage and consumer loans
• Pursue and obtain NMLS mortgage licensing if qualified to do so.

• Sales experience for 1-2 years in a high volume call center
