Description

The position of Vendor Management Analyst provides the support to the Vendor Relationship Manager in support and maintenance of vendor management processes, systems, standards and metrics tracing.  The role is also responsible for facilitating compliance with all state and federal regulations.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Gather vendor documentation to supplement vendor assessments

 

·         Respond to internal inquiries regarding CashCall vendors

 

·         Communicate with CashCall vendors regarding requests for information and documentation

 

·         Serve as a liaison between legal, project leads, procurement, information security, business continuity, credit, compliance and other key stakeholders in the vendor relationship process

 

·         Facilitate regular communication concerning vendor performance and risk trends

 

·         Facilitate vendor assessments and evaluations in accordance with company guidelines and best practices

 

·         Maintains up-to-date information within the vendor management system

 

·         Ensures that all Vendor Management documents are current and maintained in the appropriate records repository and archived according to CashCall’s records retention policy

        Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing, with internal and external customers

        Ability to follow written and verbal directives

        Ability to work independently

        Understanding of and previous experience in the mortgage industry preferred

        Strong computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

·         Must have the ability to consider a wide variety of business needs and create a solution that meets those needs effectively, within the current business process

·         Must be enthusiastic with a strong and dynamic personality motivated by individual performance merits

·         Must have the ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, highly energetic changing work conditions

·         Contracting experience a plus

·         Knowledge of mortgage industry vendors a plus
