Mid-level technician position responsible for assisting with growth. Flexibility on working schedule is required. There are 4 positions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible for running MOCVD growth tools.
•Supports engineering activities such as design, test, check-out, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype electro-mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry or specialized test equipment.
•Responsibilities also include the MOCVD tool maintenance and safety checking.
•Must be able to interact with MOCVD growth engineers, initiate and monitor growth runs, characterize post-growth wafers (X-ray, PL, surface inspection, & polaron), and initiate necessary paperwork to start lots in process line.

Requirements MINIMUM EDUCATION:
•Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.


MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• ERT or SCBA training preferred.
