Program is open seven days a week from 8:00AM to 10:00PM with supervisors covering those hours. Program Supervisor will work 40 hours, five days a week with one weekend day shift [every six weeks] and two evening shifts one until 10PM and one until 8PM. Non paid 30 minute lunch.

As a Program Supervisor, you will supervise a children’s mobile response program based out of Cherry Hill, Camden County, NJ. The clinical youth program provides in-home crisis intervention to youth in Camden County experiencing thoughts or behaviors that may be interfering with their life at home and school.


• Provide clinical supervision of the program to include weekly supervision with assigned Children’s Intervention Specialists

• Plan, develop and evaluate the clinical effectiveness of the program

• Review clinical assessments completed by staff

• Research prior diagnoses for children coming into program and ensuring it is entered in electronic record for billing purposes

• Maintain positive working relationships with community agencies

• Participate in company committees; active participant in program’s management team

• Demonstrate the clinical knowledge and skills necessary to provide guidance to staff to ensure a high quality of service to our consumers

• Responsible for on call rotation with two Program Coordinators

• Meet CSOC and Agency deadlines for completion of work

Requirements Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology or equivalent with 2 year experience

• LSW or LAC required

• Experience with children and families preferred

• Supervisory experience preferred
