As a Master's Level Therapist, you will work in a children's residential program in Pine Hill, Camden County, NJ. The community home houses co-ed youth ages 5-12 years old who have mental health and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-going clinical case management services;

• Complete intake assessments on new consumers;

• Document all pertinent case information;

• Maintain client records;

• Attend and participating in treatment team meetings;

• Assist in the development of the treatment plan;

• Provide individual, family and group therapy;

• Develop and if appropriate, coordinating the discharge plans for consumers;

• Provide supervision to direct care staff;

• Facilitate necessary service linkages and referrals;

• Assist in the development of relevant staff training programs;

• Be available to consumers and staff on a 24 hour basis during emergencies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• An earned Master’s Degree in clinical social work, psychology, sociology or its equivalent;

• Must hold an active New Jersey license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) 

• If not independently licensed, you must be a Master’s level licensed practitioner under the direct on-site supervision of NJ clinically licensed practitioner with documented plan to achieve clinical licensure within 3 years

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the provision of youth mental health services
