Work Hours The program is open Monday - Friday from 8:00AM to 10:00PM, and on weekends from 8:00AM - 6:30PM. Supervisors must cover those hours. Program Supervisor will work 40 hours, five days a week with one weekend day shift and two evening shifts during the week. 30 minute unpaid lunch break each day.

At Children’s Mobile Response, the team provides assessment, crisis intervention and referrals for follow up in-home services to children and youth in Camden County. As a Program Supervisor you will play an integral role in not only the program, but the organization as a whole.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision of the program to include weekly supervision with assigned Children’s Intervention Specialists 
  • Plan, develop and evaluate the clinical effectiveness of the program 
  • Review clinical assessments completed by staff 
  • Maintain positive working relationships with community agencies 
  • Demonstrate appropriate clinical knowledge and skills

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology or equivalent with 3.5 years experience in behavioral health
  • LSW or LAC required
  • Experience with children and families preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
