Now hiring compassionate, caring individuals to work in our group homes serving adults with developmental disabilities in Burlington County, NJ. Open positions include Residential Direct Care Staff. Full time, Part time and per-diem, day and overnight shifts available!

Open Positions Include:

  • Residential Assistants
    • Day Shifts (6:00am-9:30am; 7:00am-3:00pm; 800am-4:00pm)
    • Evening Shifts ( 2:00pm-10:00pm; 3:00pm-11:00pm; 4:00pm-12:00am; 5:00pm - 1:00am)
    • Overnight Shifts (11:00pm-7:00am; 12:00am-8:00am)
  • Substitute Residential Assistants
    • Per-diem, flexible hours
  • Residential Supervisors
    • 3:00pm-11:00pm

Requirements

Qualifications:

Residential Assistants: High school diploma plus 6 months of experience with social service field

Substitute Residential Assistants: High school diploma with 6 months of experience in the social service field preferred

Residential Supervisors: High School Diploma plus two (2) years experience working with developmental disabilities or Associates degree plus one (1) year experience working with developmental disabilities; One (1) year supervisory experience in a mental health or social science field

All position must have a valid driver's license with less than 6 points

All positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing, pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check. All candidates, if hired, will be expected to cooperate with Oaks Integrated Care and The Department of Human Services in all inspections and investigations.
