As a Clinical Case Manager, you will work in an adult involuntary outpatient commitment setting in Cherry Hill, Camden County, NJ. The outpatient program provides prescribed, community-based, outpatient mental health services, under court order to individuals with a serious mental illness, frequent users of inpatient services and/or Crisis Screening Services and/or had multiple inpatient psychiatric hospitalizations.
Responsibilities:
- Provides quality clinical care through evidence-based practices with adults
- Conduct psycho-social assessments
- Conduct assessments
- Develop short term treatment plans and coordinate discharge plans
- Client’s Compliance with Treatment as indicated by follow-ups with clients at home and with community providers
- Reporting non-compliance to the Court
- Professional demeanor, clear documentation, ability to operate under stress
- Knowledge of the commitment process
- Advocacy and Referral

Requirements |
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in social work or psychology
- Two years experience in behavioral healthcare required
- NJ LAC or LSW required; MSW must have LSW
