General Statement of Duties:
Responsible for the cleanliness of building, offices and lavatories. Work involves routine manual operations with frequent instructing and checking by the supervisor.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
· Clean floors, walls, furniture, windows, lights and vacuum carpet.
· Strip and wax floors, shampoo carpet.
· Clean lavatories.
· Remove trash and keep trash area clean.
· Maintain inventory of assigned custodial supplies.
· Perform related duties as assigned.
