Description |
Prepare and serve food samples to recipients of the CSFP in accordance with food safety guidelines. Maintain kitchen sanitation and cleaniless at all times.
Prepare all food items according recipes provided, responsible for following all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures for food storage and preparation. Create and prepare food samples highlighting USDA commodities. Keeping kitchen stocked with appropriate cooking supplies. |
Requirements |
High School Diploma or GED required, Serve Safe Certification from the Michigan Restaurant Association, one year of cooking experience minimum.
