Requirements:
-Drive volume and profitable business to gain market share within Ladies market
-Manage buying process with focus on developing and growing targeted brands.
-Maintain and grow relationship with each brand partner
-Report on Open-to-Buy, inventory, and turnover
-Manage Assistant Buyer(s)
-Meet financials goals |

Qualifications:
-
2+ years of buying experience in Home (at the Buyer level).
Off Price business experience preferred

E-commerce background a plus.

Must excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, forward thinking, constantly evolving,
results oriented environment. The successful candidate will be a “student of the business”: aware of market/industry trends and the competitive nature of today’s market.

Experience managing Assistant or Associate Buyers and/or Merchandise Assistants
-
Already established relationships within ladies brands and a comprehensive knowledge of the market with the ability to create a strategy across those brands.

Strategic and analytical thinker; retail merchandising planning experience a plus.

Great negotiator with excellent communication and selling skills.

Strong Excel skills.

High taste level with proven talent to envision and interpret fashion trends.
