As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a well-defined marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention across all ideeli channels (online, mobile, isthmus) in order to meet company objectives of sales and profitability.

| Requirements |
- 10 Years + of marketing or similar management responsibilities at the senior management level in a retail organization.
- Strong background in online display advertising, search engine marketing and facebook
- Very strong analytical skills; strong understanding of key customer metrics (lifetime value, retention).
- A track record of meeting targets and objectives.
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental management skills.
- Experience in qualitative/quantitative market research and customer segmentation.
- Respectful and outstanding leadership skills to motivate staff to exceed expectations.
