Overview:
ideeli is seeking an Operations Manager to manage a team and partner with the Merchandising team in the development and implementation of effective business processes to support our rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while working cross functionally across the business, as well as with our external partners, to manage the many aspects of sale events and ensure their successful launch.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of three to five direct reports responsible for executing daily sale events
* Develop and implement new business processes
* Acts as a liaison between cross functional teams – i.e. Merchants, Studio, Logistics, Accounting, Marketing, Technology
* Troubleshoot issues as they arise, monitor potential future risks, and propose solutions
* Develop and mentor junior staff
* Project manage high profile and cross category sale events for key brands for your teams’ specific category
* Continual interaction with back-end systems to build, configure, and revise the daily sales that launch on ideeli’s live site

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
• Project management experience a plus, not a must
• Familiarity with Excel
• Ability to effectively diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex problems
• Strong attention to detail
• Advanced oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness
• Ability to analyze reports and draw conclusions/recommendations
