Requirements:
-Forecasting Sales, Gross Margin, and Inventory vs.​ Plan by Department and by Brand/​Sale

-Perform Ad Hoc analysis based on historical performance and product

-Managing Open-to-Buy by division by department to align inventory with sales expectations

-Developing Pre-Season annual, quarterly, and monthly Sales, Margin and Inventory Plans by division by department

-Work closely with Buying to establish a concise and executable merchandise plan mix

-Make recommendations and execute markdowns with merchandise team

-Support the development, implementation, and execution of new business processes and technology



Requirements
  • 3+years in a merchandise planning role; management experience a plus
  • Self-starter, strategic thinker, ambitious in nature, good with people
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Access
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and recognize and react to changing work demands
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently and to work as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
  • Strong understanding of merchandising financials and ability to manage profitability
