Improves Client satisfaction by managing client expectations and relationship while managing the performance of both the Facility Managers and Facilities under their oversight.

Client Management

  • Reviews all reports and invoices before sending to client
  • Holds regular meetings with client to ensure client satisfaction, documents decisions and action items
  • Creates annual budget for Client, including updated staffing plans
  • Responds to Client issues outside the scope of the Facility Manager
  • Works on behalf of the Client and MJardin to help contain costs through activities such as reviewing overtime reports, supply usage, etc.

Staff Management

  • Provides management of Facility Managers through 1:1’s, team meetings, and regular written reports
  • Conducts performance evaluations for Facility Managers
  • Occasionally conducts skip level meetings
  • Regularly tours facilities to ensure clean Facilities, observe issues first hand, and build rapport with staff
  • Mentors staff as necessary •

Performance Management

  • Monitors production metrics such as adulteration rates, gm/ sq. ft., and yields to verify that MJardin is meeting customer obligations and expectations
  • Prepares and presents regular reports of Facilities under management to other members of Management
  • Establishes other metrics as necessary


  • Monitors Local, State and Federal regulations and standards. Works with other members of MJardin team to ensure compliance to current and future rules and regulations.
  • Works with Audit team to ensure compliance to company’s cultivation standards as needed, assists client with gathering information for them to maintain / update license

Business Manager

  • Reviews work orders to ensure cost containment
  • Continuously keeping eye out for ways to manage costs and maximize revenues
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or similar field
• Experience working in Operations
• Experience with Client Management
• Experience managing managers and hourly employees
• Accustom to working in a regulated industry
• Comfortable using Excel to do basic data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
