Description

Essential Purpose of Position:

Responsible for leading all aspects of store operations  with a primary focus on  continuously improving the sales and profitability of the store and building customer loyalty by providing outstanding customer service and repeat customer satisfaction.  Follows direction set by the VP of Sales. Leads store by planning, directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies of the Company.

Requirements

Qualifications:

 

1.            Must have a Degree in Retail Administration or equivalent field or significant retail management experience.

2.            Must have outstanding Leadership Skills in order to attain a successful and cohesive staff.

3.            Able to lead, motivate, influence peers, customers, and employees

4.            Multitask, exercise self-discipline and works well under pressure.

5.            Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, organization and follow-though skills.

6.            Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and people skills

7.            Demonstrated ability to coach, train, mentor and manage staff in a big ticket commissioned environment.

8.            Must have demonstrated proficiency with computer applications to run reports and other store procedures/operations.

9.            Planning, administrative, and organizational skills and skill in making calculations

10.          Bilingual spoken fluency in languages of local store market highly preferred
