Signature Retail Services is looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team of Dedicated Retail Sales Representatives.

We represent Bosch Power Tools and accessories in Home Depot. Retail Sales Representatives increase sales through engaging sales and product demonstrations, product knowledge training and promotions.

This is a full time contract retail sales and customer service position offering competitive hourly pay.

Position overview:

As one of our Retail Sales Representatives for the Bosch Power Tools Team, you are responsible for providing exceptional in-store sales and customer service in home center retail stores.

Our team helps the retailer and manufacturer increase sales of the world market leader for power tools and power tool accessories. Building relationships with customers, store managers and associates is important so outgoing and friendly personalities are essential!

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships, identify opportunities, and cross sell directly to contractors and customers inside the store Pro Center or Tool area
• Provide business solutions adapted to customer’s needs through product knowledge training
• Perform marketing launches, promotions, product knowledge trainings, and power tool demonstrations
• Provide regular communication with internal and external team members
• Support and promote the company strategy to exceed customer’s expectations
• Strong ability to develop and manage professional relationships
• Capable of working independently under general supervision
• Strong desire to succeed and work independently and in a team environment

Note: All team members will be expected to follow other job related instructions and tasks as directed by management. 

Position Requirements:

• College Degree and or equivalent work related experience
• 1 to 3 years of sales experience is required
• Available to work days Monday thru Friday
• Retail sales experience in retail home centers is preferred
• English is the primary language skill. Bilingual English Spanish skills are a plus!

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job employees are regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, kneel, bend, crouch, climb or balance. Employees are regularly required to lift products weighing 5 lbs to 15 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs from the floor to waist or chest high.

Note:

Our hiring process will consist of a standard background check and drug screening as required when designated by the client.

We offer:

Full Time 40 hours per week

Typical schedule 6:30AM to 3:00PM Monday thru Friday
