High School Diploma or GED required, College Degree preferred

Experience in the retail sales and merchandising services industry is preferred

Retail sales and or brand ambassador experience with merchandising sales and service organizations is a plus!

Sales and or merchandising experience in any of the following retail environments is a plus: Ace Hardware,
Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Sears Hardware, True Value Hardware, etc.

A smart phone is required to complete reports and submit photos during store visits (Android or iPhone)

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage is required

English is the primary language skill, bilingual English Spanish skills are a plus!
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job employees are regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, kneel, bend, crouch, climb or balance. Employees are regularly required to lift items weighing 3 lbs to 15 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Driving in a vehicle for extended periods of time may be required. You will be driving to your scheduled stores during your workday throughout a geographic area.
