The Clinical Consulting Analyst works under the mentorship of a Consultant to assist our clients with workflows, system tables, workflow optimization and other projects.
• Regularly communicate with clients by providing over the phone support, workflow training, and act as an escalation point for client issues.
• Build client reports and assist on projects
• Maintain accurate and up to date client records, documentation, and accurately track billable time
• Continue education on new Healthcare initiatives and applicable software
• Participate in monthly in-house training week and assist in team cross-training
• Travel required at least 50% of the time

| Preferred Education/Work Experience |
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Minimum two years experience in account management, customer support, software implementation or training, consulting environment or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Billing/Practice Management experience (particularly with SuccessEHS)
• Healthcare IT (electronic dental records, electronic health records) experience a plus
