The Clinical Data Consultant is responsible for project management, meeting sales quotas, and expanding SuccessEHS data liquidity opportunities.

• Participate in the development of new data liquidity projects from initiation to closure, manage established projects and resources, resolve any issues throughout project life cycle, and be accountable for data project results.
• Work with project stakeholders to outline scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, setting expectations and timing.
• Manage project scope by ensuring any changes are documented and approved.
• Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
• Recruit providers into project participation and network/communicate with clients and providers including: maintaining up-to-date client contact information, and establishing excellent client relationships in order to gain participation and create a statistically relevant same size for purposes of outcomes research.
• Drive sales and meet individual sales quota. This includes data tracking, consulting, and analysis of sales performance.
• Build sales proposals and assist in grant writing processes as needed.
• Occasional travel required, less than 25%


Required Skills • Understanding of the Healthcare and Healthcare IT marketplace.
• Familiar with project management methodology.
• Knowledge of sales cycles a plus

• Self directed and self motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities within strict deadlines.
• Able to take both initiative and risks when warranted.
• Excellent technical skills and aptitude, especially in MS Excel
• Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex topics to a diverse audience
• Strong contract and negotiation skills
• Able to exercise independent judgment and willingness to take ownership of a project
• Solid problem solving skills and analytical thinking
• Professional appearance, detail oriented, and an excellent work ethic.
Preferred Education/Work Experience • Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, project management, or in healthcare industry.
• SuccessEHS software experience strongly preferred.
• Clinical experience/RN experience strongly preferred.
